温度和pH对X80钢在抚顺土壤模拟溶液中腐蚀行为的影响

X80 钢在中国石油天然气输送管道中已经得到大量使用,土壤腐蚀是影响其安全运行的一个重要因素.通过动电位极化、电化学阻抗等方法,考察了温度和溶液pH对X80钢及其焊缝在抚顺土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:随着温度升高,X80 钢的腐蚀速率逐渐增大.随着土壤模拟溶液pH的增加,X80 钢的腐蚀速率逐渐减小.这主要与温度和pH影响着溶液的电导率和溶解氧有关.
Effects of Temperature and pH on the Corrosion Behavior of X80 Steel in Fushun Soil Simulation Solution
X80 steel has been widely used in China's oil and gas transmission pipelines,and soil corrosion is an important factor affecting its safe operation.This article investigated the corrosion behavior of X80 steel and its welds in Fushun soil simulated solution under temperature and solution pH values through methods such as potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance.The results indicated that as the temperature increased,the corrosion rate of X80 steel gradually increased.As the pH of the soil simulation solution increased,the corrosion rate of X80 steel gradually decreased,and this was mainly related to the influence of temperature and pH value on the conductivity and dissolved oxygen of the solution.
