低产气井连续泡沫排水采气化学工艺及应用

为解决低产气井连续泡沫排水采气过程中泡沫性能及稳定性的问题,评估了不同起泡剂、稳泡剂和消泡剂对泡沫性能的影响.通过比较5种常见起泡剂的表现,发现Tween 80具有出色的起泡能力和泡沫稳定性,在实验中其泡沫高度可达10.2 cm,稳泡时间可长达45 min.进一步比较5种稳泡剂后发现,氯化钠能显著提高泡沫的稳定性,使稳泡时间延长至55 min.此外,对 5种消泡剂进行对比后发现,氯化钙表现出良好的消泡效果,达到90%.研究结果为优化低产气井连续泡沫排水采气工艺提供了重要参考,有助于提高采气效率和经济效益.
Chemical Process and Application of Continuous Foam Drainage Gas Production in Low Production Gas Wells
In order to solve the problem of foam performance and stability during continuous foam drainage gas production in low production gas wells,the effects of different foaming agents,foam stabilizers and defoamers on foam performance were evaluated.By comparing the performance of five common foaming agents,it was found that Tween 80 had excellent foaming ability and foam stability.In the experiment,its foam height reached 10.2 cm,and the foam stability time reached 45 min.Further comparison of the five foam stabilizers showed that sodium chloride could significantly improve the stability of foam and prolong the foam stabilization time to 55 min.In addition,after comparing the five defoamers,it was found that calcium chloride exhibited good defoaming effect,reaching 90%.These research results provide important reference for optimizing continuous foam drainage gas production process in low production gas wells,and help to improve gas production efficiency and economic benefits.
