Research on Adhesion Performance between Epoxy Coatings and Substrates
Epoxy resin,as one of the most common thermosetting resins,is widely used in the field of building anti-corrosion due to its excellent chemical properties. When epoxy resin is used as a coating, its anti-corrosion performance is closely related to the adhesion between the coating and the substrate.By comparing different kinds of curing agents,it was determined that triethylenetetramine,a small molecular curing agent, had a better curing effect with epoxy resin. When it was mixed with epoxy resin in a mass ratio of 3∶1,the coating cured completely, and the adhesion between the coating and the substrate reached 6.54 MPa.In order to further improve the adhesion strength of the coating,1%MOFs cobalt nanoparticles were added to the coating, and the adhesion of the coating increased by 24%to 8.11 MPa.On this basis,a certain amount of functional filler was added, and the adhesion of the coating was further improved to 10.28 MPa.
