摘要

环氧树脂作为最常见的热固性树脂之一,因其自身优异的化学特性被广泛应用于建筑防腐领域.作为涂层使用时,环氧树脂防腐性能的优劣与涂层和基材间的附着力息息相关.通过对比不同固化剂种类确定小分子固化剂三乙烯四胺与环氧树脂固化效果较优,当其与环氧树脂以 3∶1 的质量比混合时,涂层固化最完全,此时涂层与基材的附着力可达到6.54 MPa,为进一步提高涂层附着强度,在涂层中添加质量分数为1%的MOFs钴纳米粒子,此时涂层附着力提高24%,达到8.11 MPa,在此基础上添加一定量功能颜填料,涂层附着力进一步提升至10.28 MPa.

Abstract

Epoxy resin,as one of the most common thermosetting resins,is widely used in the field of building anti-corrosion due to its excellent chemical properties.When epoxy resin is used as a coating,its anti-corrosion performance is closely related to the adhesion between the coating and the substrate.By comparing different kinds of curing agents,it was determined that triethylenetetramine,a small molecular curing agent,had a better curing effect with epoxy resin.When it was mixed with epoxy resin in a mass ratio of 3∶1,the coating cured completely,and the adhesion between the coating and the substrate reached 6.54 MPa.In order to further improve the adhesion strength of the coating,1%MOFs cobalt nanoparticles were added to the coating,and the adhesion of the coating increased by 24%to 8.11 MPa.On this basis,a certain amount of functional filler was added,and the adhesion of the coating was further improved to 10.28 MPa.
