柴油加氢精制装置生产3#喷气燃料可行性研究

介绍了某炼油厂利用 15 万 t·a-1 柴油加氢精制装置试生产 3#喷气燃料的具体实施过程,通过对原料油馏程、操作参数的调整,采取降低反应温度、反应压力及分馏塔温度等一系列措施,以常减压装置常一线油为原料,成功生产出3#喷气燃料.实践发现,140~255℃常一线馏分是生产3#喷气燃料的适宜原料,操作参数相较于生产柴油时偏低,将反应压力从3500 kPa降低至3200 kPa,3#喷气燃料的芳烃体积分数由7.33%上升至 9.27%,满足大于体积分数 8.50%的内控指标要求.3#喷气燃料试生产的成功,证明柴油加氢精制装置具备在线切换生产柴油和3#喷气燃料产品的能力,有效提升装置的经济效益和社会效益,对柴油加氢精制装置的产品转型提供了良好的工业范例.
Feasibility Study on Production of 3#Jet Fuel by Diesel Hydrorefining Unit
The specific implementation process of trial production of 3#jet fuel by using 150 kt·a-1 diesel hydrofining unit in a refinery was introduced.By adjusting the distillation range of raw oil and operating parameters,a series of measures were taken to reduce the reaction temperature,reaction pressure and fractionator temperature,3#jet fuel was successfully produced by using the first line oil of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit as raw material.It was found in practice that the 140~255℃ straight-run fraction was suitable for producing 3#jet fuel.The operating parameters were lower than those for diesel production,reducing the reaction pressure from 3500 kPa to 3200 kPa.The aromatic volume fraction of 3#jet fuel increased from 7.33%to 9.27%,meeting the internal control index requirement of more than 8.50%.The success of 3#jet fuel trial production proves that the diesel hydro-refining unit has the capability to switch between producing diesel and 3#jet fuel online,effectively enhancing the economic and social benefits of the unit,and providing a good industrial example for the product transformation of diesel hydro-refining units.
