ICP-MS在水中重金属元素检测中的应用探究

重金属污染具有长期性、不可逆性的特征,其生物毒性大,可能对周围居民生命安全构成严重威胁,因此为切实保障广大居民的生命安全,应寻找一种科学有效的重金属元素快速检测方法.通过实验分析的方式,以ICP-MS(电感耦合等离子体质谱)技术为切入点,提取该地区地表水为研究样本后展开分析,并通过SPSS软件对相关数据做相关性与同源性分析.实验分析结果显示,ICP-MS法的测量准确度较高,具有良好的重复性,满足水中重金属元素测定的技术要求.
Application of ICP-MS in Detection of Heavy Metal Elements in Water
Heavy metal pollution is long-term and irreversible,and its biological toxicity may pose a serious threat to the life safety of the surrounding residents.Therefore,in order to ensure the life safety of the general residents,a scientific and effective rapid detection method of heavy metal elements should be found.In this study,taking ICP-MS(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry)technology as the entry point,the surface water in the region was used as the study sample,and then the analysis was conducted,and the correlation and homology analysis of the relevant data was carried out through SPSS software.According to the analysis results of this experiment,the measurement accuracy of ICP-MS method was high and had good repeatability,which met the technical requirements of heavy metal element detection in water.
