摘要
阐述了裂解气组成分析的重要意义.采用 2 台气相色谱仪并联的方式,将 2 个十通阀、3 个六通阀、7根色谱分析柱、2个热导池检测器(TCD)和1个氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)合理配置在2台色谱仪主机内部.利用分流进样方式、三通道并行、双检测器检测、阀位切换、程序升温以及色谱柱反吹技术,通过3条系统流路输出检测结果,实现了在20 min之内乙烯装置裂解气组成中一氧化碳、二氧化碳、硫化氢、氢气、氮气、氧气以及C1~C6 共计 22 种组分的一次性快速分离,然后利用外标法进行定量计算.结果表明该方法具有分离效果好、操作简便、分析速度快、定量准确和重复性好的优点.
Abstract
The significance of the composition analysis of cracking gas was expounded systematically.Two ten-way valves,three six-way valves,seven chromatographic columns,two thermal conductivity cell(TCD)detectors and one hydrogen flame ionization(FID)detector were arranged in parallel with two gas chromatographs.By using shunt sampling method,three-channel parallel,double detector detection,valve position switching,programmed temperature heating and column backblowing technology,the test results were output through three system flow paths,and the detection results were realized within 20 min.22 Components of ethylene plant cracking gas including carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,hydrogen sulfide,hydrogen,nitrogen,oxygen and C1~C6 were quickly separated at one time,then quantitative calculation was carried out by external standard method.The results showed that the method had the advantages of good separation effect,simple operation,fast analysis speed,accurate quantification and good repeatability.
