1,4-环己烷二甲醇顺反异构体的气相色谱分析

采用气相色谱法,使用SE-54、CP-Chirasil-Dex CB两种色谱柱对1,4-环己烷二甲醇顺反异构体进行分离,并采用SE-54和FID检测器对1,4-环己烷二甲醇顺反异构体进行定量分析.结果表明:该分析方法中反式 1,4-环己烷二甲醇的R2为 0.9998,RSD为 0.73%,平均回收率 100.00%;顺式 1,4-环己烷二甲醇的R2为0.9993,RSD为 0.85%,平均回收率 100.56%.该方法对 1,4-环己烷二甲醇顺反异构体的定量分析具有分离精度高、结果稳定可靠、准确度高等优点.
Gas Chromatographic Analysis of 1,4-Cyclohexanedimethanol Cis-Trans Isomers
The separation of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol cis-trans isomers were carried out by gas chromatography with SE-54 column and CP-Chirasil-Dex CB column.The quantitative analysis of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol cis-trans isomers were carried out by SE-54 column and FID detector.The results showed that,for the trans isomer,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the relative standard deviation was 0.73%,and the average recovery was 100.00%.And for the cis isomer,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9993,the relative standard deviation was 0.85%,and the average recovery was 100.56%.This method has the advantages of high separation accuracy,stable and reliable results,and simple operation for the quantitative analysis of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol cis trans isomers.
