摘要
低硫石油焦用于生产锂离子电池负极材料是提高其附加值和节约资源的一个重要途径.将不同生产工艺条件下制备的低硫石油焦经过碳化、石墨化制备锂离子电池负极材料,对物化性质和电化学性质进行了分析,探索其作为锂电负极材料的应用性.结果表明:在常规的炼厂延迟焦化装置中,低硫石油焦石墨化后首次库伦效率为 82.79%,200 次循环稳定容量为 273.1 mA·h·g-1,电流密度为 2 C(744 mA·g-1)时石墨化的低硫石油焦容量保持率为 99.4%,达到了商业电池的使用要求.结果说明低硫石油焦经过石墨化处理后在锂离子电池方面有巨大的应用潜力.
Abstract
The use of low sulfur petroleum coke in the production of cathode electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries is an important way to increase its added value and save resources.In this paper,lithium-ion battery cathode materials were prepared from low sulfur petroleum coke through carbonization and graphitization under different production process conditions.The physicochemical and electrochemical properties were analyzed to explore its application as a lithium-ion battery cathode material.The results showed that,in a conventional delayed coking unit in a refinery,the first coulombic efficiency of low sulfur petroleum coke after graphitization was 82.79%,the stable capacity after 200 cycles was 273.1 mA·h·g-1,and when the current density was 2C(744 mA·g-1),the capacity retention rate of graphitized low sulfur petroleum coke was 99.4%,meeting the requirements for commercial battery use.The results indicate that low sulfur petroleum coke has great potential for application in lithium-ion batteries through graphitization.
