羰基铁/炭黑-聚氨酯双层复合材料的吸波性能

摘要
制备了羰基铁-聚氨酯和炭黑-聚氨酯单层复合材料,研究了羰基铁和炭黑质量分数对其微观形貌、电磁参数和吸波性能的影响规律.在此基础上,采用Matlab软件设计了羰基铁/炭黑-聚氨酯双层复合材料,研究了总厚度和厚度分布对其吸波性能的影响规律.结果表明:羰基铁-聚氨酯和炭黑-聚氨酯复合材料的微观形貌均呈现泡孔结构.随着羰基铁和炭黑质量分数的增加,泡孔结构逐渐破损且尺寸减小,电磁参数增加.羰基铁-聚氨酯复合材料在羰基铁质量分数为60%、厚度为4.5 cm时,具有最优吸波性能.反射率低于-10 dB的带宽达到12.1 GHz,最小反射率达到-31 dB.炭黑-聚氨酯复合材料在炭黑质量分数为7%、厚度为5 cm时,具有最优吸波性能.反射率低于-10 dB的带宽达到13.1 GHz,最小反射率达到-32 dB.羰基铁/炭黑-聚氨酯双层复合材料在7%炭黑厚度为3 cm、60%羰基铁厚度为1 cm时,具有最优吸波性能,反射率低于-10 dB的带宽达到11.5 GHz,最小反射率达到-51 dB,更具"薄、轻、强"的使用性能.
Abstract
Carbonyl iron-polyurethane composite and carbon black-polyurethane composite were prepared.The effects of carbonyl iron and carbon black mass fractions on their micromorphology,electromagnetic parameters and microwave absorption properties were studied.On this basis,the carbonyl iron/carbon black-polyurethane double layer composite was designed by Matlab software,and the influences of the total thickness and thickness distribution on its microwave absorption properties were studied.The results showed that the microstructure of both carbonyl iron composite and carbon black composite showed bubble structure.With the increase of carbonyl iron and carbon black mass fractions,the structure of the bubble was gradually damaged,the size decreased,and the electromagnetic parameters increased.The carbonyl iron-polyurethane composite with 60%carbonyl iron mass fraction in 4.5 cm had the best microwave absorption property.The bandwidth under reflectivity below-10 dB reached 12.1 GHz and the minimum reflection was-31 dB.The carbon black-polyurethane composite with 7%carbon black mass fraction in 5 cm had the best microwave absorption property,which had a bandwidth of 13.1 GHz under reflectivity below-10 dB and a minimum reflection of-32 dB.When the thickness of 7%carbon black was 3 cm and the thickness of 60%carbonyl iron was 1 cm,the carbonyl iron double layer composites had the optimal microwave absorption property with a bandwidth of 11.5 GHz and a minimum reflection of-51 dB,which was"thinner,lighter and stronger".
