功能性二氧化硅微球的制备

考察了正硅酸乙酯、氨水、醇水体积比和反应温度对微球制备的粒径及单分散性影响;制备了粒径 180~820 nm可调、形貌均匀的单分散性二氧化硅(SiO2)微球.结果表明:随着正硅酸乙酯用量的增大,SiO2微球的粒径逐渐增大;随着氨水用量的增加,SiO2 微球的粒径呈先增大后减小的趋势;随着反应温度的升高,SiO2微球的粒径减小;随着醇水体积比的减小,SiO2微球的粒径减小.在此基础上,用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、戊二酸酐和十八烷基三乙氧基硅烷分别将氨基、羧基和烷基引入到SiO2微球的表面,红外光谱和热分析结果表明,成功制备了功能性SiO2微球.
Preparation of Functional Silica Microspheres
The effects of ethyl orthosilicate,ammonia water,alcohol water volume ratio,and reaction temperature on the particle size and monodispersity of microspheres were investigated.Monodisperse silica(SiO2)microspheres with uniform morphology and adjustable particle size between 180 nm and 820 nm were prepared.The results showed that as the amount of ethyl orthosilicate increased,the particle size of SiO2 microspheres gradually increased.With the increase of ammonia dosage,the particle size of SiO2 microspheres showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.As the reaction temperature increased,the particle size of SiO2 microspheres decreased.As the alcohol water volume ratio decreased,the particle size of SiO2 microspheres decreased.On this basis,amino,carboxyl,and alkyl groups were introduced onto the surface of SiO2 microspheres using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane,glutaric anhydride,and octadecyltriethoxysilane,respectively.The infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis results showed that functional SiO2 microspheres were successfully prepared.
