金属改性缺陷型ZSM-5分子筛用于丙烷催化转化的研究

锌离子改性的缺陷型HZSM-5 分子筛的表面酸性和锌离子改性常规HZSM-5分子筛明显不同,其丙烷转化反应催化性能更优.用缺陷型HZSM-5 分子筛制备的Zn、Sn、Pt三金属组元改性催化剂也可能在催化性能上优于用常规HZSM-5 分子筛(骨架缺陷较少)制备的Zn、Sn、Pt三金属组元改性催化剂.因此,选择高硅铝比(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=100)缺陷型HZSM-5分子筛(Z100)及其(NH4)2SiF6修复样品,分别制备了Zn、Sn、Pt三金属组元改性催化剂,并在此基础上研究了不同催化剂对丙烷探针分子反应的催化性能.脉冲微反应实验结果表明:在丙烷探针分子反应中,Zn、Sn、Pt改性缺陷型HZSM-5分子筛催化剂的烯烃和芳烃产物总选择性与参比催化剂相近,但催化活性提高近1倍.
Study on Catalytic Conversion of Propane on Metal Modified Defective ZSM-5 Zeolite
The defective HZSM-5 zeolite modified by zinc ion has different surface acidity and better catalytic performance for propane conversion reaction than conventional HZSM-5 zeolite.The modified catalysts of Zn,Sn and Pt prepared with defective HZSM-5 zeolite may also have better catalytic performance than those prepared by conventional HZSM-5 zeolite(less skeleton defects).In this paper,defective HZSM-5zeolite(Z100)with high Si/Al ratio(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=100)and the(NH4)2SiF6)repaired samples were selected to prepare the modified catalysts of Zn,Sn and Pt components respectively,and on this basic,the catalytic performance of different catalysts for propane probe molecular reaction was studied.The results of pulse micro-reaction experiment showed that the total selectivity of olefin and aromatics products of defective HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst modified by Zn,Sn and Pt was similar to that of the reference catalyst in propane probe molecular reaction,but its catalytic activity was nearly doubled.
