Study on Catalytic Conversion of Propane on Metal Modified Defective ZSM-5 Zeolite
The defective HZSM-5 zeolite modified by zinc ion has different surface acidity and better catalytic performance for propane conversion reaction than conventional HZSM-5 zeolite. The modified catalysts of Zn,Sn and Pt prepared with defective HZSM-5 zeolite may also have better catalytic performance than those prepared by conventional HZSM-5 zeolite(less skeleton defects). In this paper, defective HZSM-5zeolite(Z100)with high Si/Al ratio(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=100)and the(NH4)2SiF6)repaired samples were selected to prepare the modified catalysts of Zn,Sn and Pt components respectively, and on this basic, the catalytic performance of different catalysts for propane probe molecular reaction was studied. The results of pulse micro-reaction experiment showed that the total selectivity of olefin and aromatics products of defective HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst modified by Zn,Sn and Pt was similar to that of the reference catalyst in propane probe molecular reaction, but its catalytic activity was nearly doubled.
