Preparation and Performance Evaluation of Drag Reducing Agents for Shale Gas Horizontal Well Fracturing
In the current context of increasing attention to the development of shale gas resources, using polyacrylamide(PAM)as the main raw material, supplemented by polyvinyl alcohol and phosphate as auxiliaries,a new drag reducing agent JZJP was prepared indoors for shale gas horizontal well fracturing, and its performance and environmental impact were evaluated.Experimental results showed that JZJP maintained high stability under high temperature and high pressure environments. In the temperature and pressure resistance performance test,JZJP still maintained a pressure resistance performance score of 85 points(out of 100 points)at a high temperature of 100℃.In terms of flow performance,JZJP exhibited a flow index of 90 points under a high pressure environment of 50 MPa,indicating that it could still maintain good fluidity under a high pressure environment. In the environmental impact assessment,JZJP's comprehensive performance in terms of biodegradability, toxicity and emissions complied with environmental protection requirements, showing a small impact on the ecosystem. In summary, the excellent temperature and pressure resistance and good environmental adaptability of JZJP drag reducing agent made it an ideal choice for shale gas horizontal well fracturing. This research not only provides a new method for the preparation of efficient drag reducing agents, but also provides new ideas for the environmental friendliness of shale gas mining.
