不同磷肥配施方式对农作物磷肥有效利用率的影响

通过温室条件下的随机区组实验,探讨了不同磷肥配施方式对作物磷肥有效利用率的影响.实验设置对照组和2种不同磷肥配施方式处理组(磷肥组A和磷肥组B),分别采用基肥和追肥结合的施肥方式以及一次性基肥施用方式.在 25℃、60%湿度的温室环境中,每周记录作物的高度、叶片数和生物量,并在收获时测量最终产量.结果显示,磷肥组A在各项指标中均表现最佳,平均高度从6.0 cm增加到24.2 cm,最终产量为3 258 kg∙ha-1,显著高于对照组的2 983 kg∙ha-1 和磷肥组B的3 027 kg∙ha-1.此外,磷肥组A的作物体内磷质量分数在收获时达到 0.47%,显著高于磷肥组B的 0.41%和对照组的 0.26%.实验结果表明,基肥和追肥结合的施肥方式能够显著提高磷肥的利用效率,促进作物生长和产量.
Effect of Different Phosphate Fertilizer Application Methods on Effective Utilization Rate of Phosphate Fertilizer in Crops
Through random block experiments under greenhouse conditions,the impact of different phosphate fertilizer application methods on the effective utilization rate of crop phosphate fertilizer was explored.The experiment set up a control group and two treatment groups with two different phosphate fertilizer application methods(phosphate fertilizer group A and phosphate fertilizer group B),respectively using a combination of base fertilizer and top dressing and a one-time base fertilizer application method.In a greenhouse environment at 25℃and 60%humidity,crop height,leaf number,and biomass were recorded weekly,and final yield was measured at harvest.The results showed that phosphate fertilizer group A performed best in all indicators,with the average height increasing from 6.0 cm to 24.2 cm,and the final yield was 3 258 kg∙ha-1,which was significantly higher than the control group's 2 983 kg∙ha-1 and 3 027 kg∙ha-1 of phosphate fertilizer group B.In addition,the phosphorus mass fraction in the crops of phosphate fertilizer group A reached 0.47%at harvest,which was significantly higher than the 0.41%of phosphate fertilizer group B and the 0.26%of the control group.Experimental results showed that the combination of base fertilizer and top dressing could significantly improve the utilization efficiency of phosphate fertilizer and promote crop growth and yield.
