摘要
对3种不同相变温度的石蜡材料(PCM-28、PCM-18 和PCM-10)在不同温度下的基本力学性能参数进行了系统的压缩实验,计算出对应的弹性模量和泊松比.结果表明:PCM-18 和PCM-10的抗压强度随温度的降低而有所提高,但PCM-28 的抗压强度随温度的降低反而呈现出下降趋势.在单轴压缩条件下PCM-28 和PCM-18的应力-应变曲线主要经历了压实阶段、弹性变形阶段、裂纹扩展阶段和裂纹后破坏阶段4个明显阶段,最终表现为脆性破坏.PCM-10 在经历压实阶段和弹性变形阶段后进入塑性阶段,曲线发展近似水平,且整个过程无明显裂纹出现.
Abstract
A systematic compression experiment was conducted to determine the basic mechanical property parameters of three different phase change paraffin materials(PCM-28,PCM-18,and PCM-10)at various temperatures.The corresponding elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio were calculated.The results revealed that the compressive strength of PCM-18 and PCM-10 increased with decreasing of temperature,while PCM-28 showed a decreasing trend in compressive strength with decreasing of temperature.Furthermore,under uniaxial compression conditions,PCM-28 and PCM-18 exhibited four distinct stages in their stress-strain curves:compaction stage,elastic deformation stage,crack propagation stage and post-crack failure stage,ultimately resulting in brittle failure.However,PCM-10 transitioned into the plastic stage after the compaction stage and elastic deformation stage,with the curve development approaching horizontal,and no significant cracks appeared throughout the process.
