温拌再生SBS改性沥青在道路工程中的应用

为探究不同温拌剂掺量与再生剂掺量对温拌再生SBS改性沥青的性能影响并得到最优配比,采用正交实验法,以温拌剂、SBS改性沥青、再生剂的掺量作为影响因素,以沥青的黏附功、剥落功、135℃布氏旋转黏度以及 64℃车辙因子G*/sinδ为评价指标,建立因素水平影响趋势图,探讨 3 种添加剂掺量对沥青技术指标的影响规律,并优选出温拌再生SBS改性沥青的最佳掺量.结果表明:最佳外掺质量分数温拌剂为4.5%、再生剂为20%、新SBS改性沥青为40%.
Application of Warm Mix Recycled SBS Modified Asphalt in Road Engineering
To explore the impact of varying amounts of warm mix agents and recycling agents on the performance of warm mix recycled SBS modified asphalt and determine the optimal ratio,an orthogonal experimental approach was taken,the dosages of warm mix agents,SBS modified asphalt and recycling agents were used as influencing factors,the adhesion work,peeling work,135℃Brinell rotation viscosity and the 64℃rutting factor G*/sinδ of asphalt were used as evaluation indicators.A trend chart of factor level impact was established,the influence of the mass fraction of three additives on the technical indexes of asphalt was discussed,and the mass fraction of warm-mixed recycled SBS modified asphalt was optimized.The results show that the optimal mass fraction of warm mix agent was 4.5%,the optimal mass fraction of regenerator was 20%,and the optimal mass fraction of new SBS modified asphalt was 40%.
