Evaluation of Dispersion Stability and Plugging Characteristics of New Salt-Resistant Profile Control Agent System
With the continuous development of oil fields in China, many high-temperature and high-salt reservoirs have appeared one after another, and the harsh reservoir environment requires more and more profile control agents. The dispersion stability, interface properties, viscosity and plugging properties of SPFR/AP-P4 system were studied by turbidimeter, interfacial tensimeter, viscosimeter, microporous membrane filtration test and sand tube plugging test.It was found that, when the mass concentration of sulfomethyl phenolic resin in the dispersion system was 1 000 mg·L-1 and the mass fraction of NaCl was 1.5×105 mg·kg-1,with the increase of AP-P4 mass fraction, the stability of the system increased, the interfacial tension decreased, the viscosity increased, and the plugging ability increased.Therefore,SPFR/AP-P4 system is a new salt-resistant profile control agent with good dispersion stability, plugging ability and migration ability.
