功能性调驱微球的制备及稳定性研究

渤海油田已形成了微球调驱、分级组合深部调剖、在线组合调驱等多项具有渤海特色的调驱技术,通过对产出液中调驱体系的精准检测,可进一步提高调驱过程动态调整的精准度,提升多轮次方案设计精度.但目前受微球材料、检测方法的限制,难以较好实现微球调驱产出液的精准检测.针对此问题,提出选用在制备功能性调驱微球过程中加入荧光量子点,然后和壳层单体水液混合吸附的方法制备功能性调驱微球,并对其稳定性进行分析.结果表明:制备的功能性调驱微球具有良好的荧光特性,并且随着老化温度、老化时间、模拟水矿化度的变化,仍表现出较好的稳定性.
Study on Preparation and Stability of Fluorescent Functional Microspheres
Bohai Oilfield has formed a number of Bohai characteristics of Bohai driving technology,such as microsphere driving control,graded combination deep section control,online combined driving control,etc.,through the accurate detection of the output liquid medium driving control system,the accuracy of dynamic adjustment of the driving process can be further improved,and the accuracy of multi-round scheme design can be improved.However,at present,limited by the limitations of microsphere materials and detection methods,it is difficult to achieve the accurate detection of microsphere flooding liquid.In order to solve this problem,functional flooded microspheres were prepared by adding fluorescent quantum dots in the process of preparing functional modulation microspheres,and then mixing and adsorbing with shell monomer water and liquid,and their stability was analyzed.The results showed that the prepared functional flooded microspheres had good fluorescence characteristics and showed good stability with the changes of aging temperature,aging time and simulated water mineralization.
