摘要
为了优化迷迭香中迷迭香酸、鼠尾草酸和鼠尾草酚的提取条件,确定最佳提取工艺,采用有机溶剂法提取,高效液相色谱法测定迷迭香中的迷迭香酸、鼠尾草酸和鼠尾草酚的含量,选取提取溶剂、料液比、提取时间为考察因素,单因素试验结合L9(34)正交试验优化提取工艺.结果表明:最优提取工艺是乙醇体积分数为 85%、料液比为 1∶10(g∶mL)、提取时间 60 min、重复提取 2 次.优化的提取工艺为迷迭香中 3 种抗氧化成分的工业化生产提供参考依据.
Abstract
In order to optimize the extraction conditions of rosmarinic acid,carnosic acid and carnosol from rosemary,and to determine the best extraction technology,the contents of rosmarinic acid,carnosic acid and carnosol in rosemary were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The extraction solvent,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time were selected as the factors.The single factor test combined with L9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows:85%ethanol,1∶10 solid-liquid ratio(g∶mL),60 min extraction time,and repeated extraction twice.The optimized extraction technology can provide reference for the industrial production of three antioxidant components in rosemary.
