Study on Application of Ceramic Membrane in Treatment of Oily Wastewater From Oil and Gas Fields
In order to improve the treatment efficiency of oil-bearing sewage in oil and gas fields, reduce the use of chemical agents, and avoid secondary pollution in the treatment process,an experimental study was carried out on the treatment of oil-bearing sewage in oil and gas fields with ceramic membrane, taking the oil-bearing sewage in an oil field in the west as the research object. The effects of ceramic membrane aperture, transmembrane pressure difference, membrane surface flow rate and working temperature on the treatment effect of oil-bearing sewage were mainly investigated. The experimental results showed that the larger the pore diameter of ceramic membrane, the higher the transmembrane pressure difference, the higher the membrane surface flow rate, and the higher the operating temperature, the larger the oil mass concentration, suspended solid mass concentration and median particle size of the experimental oily sewage after filtering by ceramic membrane. When the aperture of ceramic membrane was 0.05 μm,the transmembrane pressure difference was 0.1 MPa,the membrane flow rate was 3 m·s-1,and the operating temperature was 30℃,after treatment, the oil mass concentration of oily wastewater was reduced to 3.65 mg·L-1,the suspended solid mass concentration was 0.68 mg·L-1,and the median particle size was 0.71 μm.All met the requirements of the injection water quality control standard in SY/T 5329-2012.
