不同流道截面下PEMFC传质特性研究

摘要
以不同气体流道截面以及不同压力工况作为自变量,通过Fluent软件模拟分析了质子交换膜燃料电池系统的传质特性,同时应用场协同原理,对传质过程进行了理论分析.分析结果表明:与矩形截面相比,三角形截面的流道传质性能最优,六边形截面的流道传质性能最差;当提高操作压力时,阳极侧气体流道的传质性能明显增强,而阴极侧气体流道的传质性能对操作压力不敏感;气体流道内的速度场与浓度场之间的协同角越小,流道内的传质性能越好.
Abstract
The mass transfer characteristics of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell(PEMFC)system were simulated and analyzed by Fluent software with different gas channel cross sections and different pressure conditions as independent variables,and the mass transfer process was analyzed theoretically by applying the principle of field synergy.The analysis results showed that compared with rectangular cross-section,the mass transfer performance of triangular cross-section was the best,while that of hexagonal cross-section was the worst;When the operating pressure was increased,the mass transfer performance of the anode gas channel was obviously enhanced,while the mass transfer performance of the cathode gas channel was insensitive to the operating pressure;The smaller the synergy angle between velocity field and concentration field in the gas channel,the better the mass transfer performance in the channel.
