摘要
介绍了FH-40A加氢催化剂的物性参数、加氢反应原理,分析总结了该剂在航煤加氢装置上的应用情况.FH-40A催化剂于2021年首次应用于中国石油化工股份有限公司石家庄炼化分公司航煤加氢装置,装置标定及运行结果表明,采用FH-40A催化剂处理煤油原料,在反应器入口压力2.293~2.298 MPa、反应器入口温度256.58~256.84℃条件下,催化剂具有优异的脱硫醇性能,加工后的精制航煤满足3#喷气燃料标准要求.装置运行结果表明,在FH-40A催化剂使用初期,可以生产满足国六标准的-35#柴油.随着装置运行,FH-40A催化剂活性未见降低,催化剂床层压力降变化趋势较平缓,证明催化剂具有良好的活性和稳定性,有利于工业装置的长周期运行.
Abstract
The physical parameters and hydrogenation reaction principle of FH-40A hydrogenation catalyst were introduced,and its application in jet fuel hydrogenation unit was analyzed and summarized.The FH-40A catalyst was first used in jet fuel hydrogenation unit of Sinopec Shijiazhuang Refining and Chemical Company in 2021.The calibration and operation results of the unit showed that when the FH40A catalyst was used to treat the existing kerosene feedstock,and the inlet pressure of the reactor was 2.293~2.298 MPa,the inlet temperature of the reactor was 256.58~256.84℃,the catalyst had excellent mercaptan removal performance.The refined jet fuel after processing can meet the standard requirements of 3#jet fuel.The unit can produce-35#diesel which can meet the national VI standard in the initial stage of catalyst operation.With the unit running,the activity of FH-40A catalyst slightly decreased,and the pressure drop of catalyst bed changed more smoothly,the catalyst had good activity and stability,which was beneficial to the long-term operation of industrial plant.
