Development of Semi-Dry Sugar Production Process from De-Embryonated Maize Grain Flour
In the traditional process of producing sugar from de-embryonated maize grain flour, there are phenomena such as low utilization of raw materials, starch leaching rate of about 50%,and difficulty in filtration. In this paper, the micronization pretreatment was carried out by compound enzyme to break through the technical bottleneck of sugar production from de-embryonated maize grain flour, the process route of this technology was opened up,and the leaching rate of starch was over 95%,and the filtration speed was improved, which could provide theoretical basis for sugar industry.
