春风馏分油开发生产橡胶增塑剂环烷基矿物油

摘要
为了开发生产高质量橡胶增塑剂环烷基矿物油,满足市场需要,中石化荆门分公司利用春风油的环烷基特性,依托现有润滑油装置,采用加氢脱酸-高压加氢处理-异构脱蜡-加氢精制组合工艺加工春风馏分油.结果表明:该工艺生产出的橡胶增塑剂环烷基矿物油的ω(CN)较高,紫外吸光度(260～420 nm)小于0.1,易炭化物符合标准;将该油品按33%的质量分数充入SBS橡胶后,橡胶的力学性能好,黄度3.17,均满足用户要求.
Abstract
In order to develop and produce high-quality rubber plasticizer naphthenic mineral oil to meet market demand,Sinopec Jingmen Company used Chunfeng oil with naphthenic characteristics and existing lubricating oil production units,to process Chunfeng distillate through the combination of hydrodeacidification,high-pressure hydrotreating,hydroisomerization and hydrorefining.The results showed that the rubber plasticizer produced by this process had high ω(CN),and its ultraviolet absorbance(260～420 nm)was less than 0.1,and passed the carbonization substances test.The oil was filled into SBS rubber at mass fraction of 33%.It showed that the mechanical properties of the rubber were good and the yellowness was 3.17,which met the requirements of customers.
