丁二烯氰化法制备己二腈工艺中催化剂的回收工艺研究

研究了丁二烯氰化法制备己二腈工艺中催化剂的循环回收问题,采用萃取回收的方式,选取环己烷作为萃取剂,研究了萃取过程中的萃取效率问题.结果表明:萃取剂的选取、萃取温度、萃取时间、萃取剂用量、萃取次数对催化剂的萃取均有不同影响.在小试萃取塔上进行了实验,得到了最优的结果,综合萃取效率达到了97%以上.
Study on Recovery Process of Catalysts in Preparation of Adiponitrile by Butadiene Cyanidation Method
The recycle and recovery of catalyst in the process of preparing adiponitrile from butadiene by cyanidation was studied.The results showed that the selection of extractants,extraction temperature,extraction time,extractant dosage and extraction frequency had different effects on the extraction of catalysts.Experiments were conducted on a small-scale extraction tower,and the optimal results were obtained,with a comprehensive extraction efficiency of over 97%.
