摘要
以榆林市的山杏壳作为研究对象,为了精确测定其主要成分(纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的质量分数,采用了硫酸与重铬酸钾氧化法、2 mol·L-1 盐酸水解法和72%的硫酸法,分别针对上述3种成分进行测定.通过控制单因素变量法,确定了每种方法的最佳条件.在最佳条件下,测得山杏壳中纤维素质量分数为26.10%,半纤维素的质量分数达到 33.03%,木质素质量分数为 31.22%.榆林市山杏壳中富含纤维素、木质素和半纤维素,是重要的可再生资源.
Abstract
Taking the apricot shell from Yulin city as the research object,in order to accurately determine the mass fraction of its main components(cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin),sulfuric acid and potassium dichromate oxidation method,2 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid hydrolysis method,and 72%sulfuric acid method were used to determine the three components mentioned above,respectively.By controlling the single factor variable method,the optimal conditions for each method were determined.Under the optimal conditions,the mass fraction of cellulose was 26.10%,the mass fraction of hemicellulose was 33.03%,and the mass fraction of lignin in apricot shell was 31.22%.The apricot shell is rich in cellulose,lignin,and hemicellulose,so it is an important renewable resource.
