Research on Rapid Determination of Aromatics and Olefins in Automotive Gasoline Based on Raman Spectroscopy Technology
The traditional gasoline component analysis method based on gas chromatography technology has shortcomings such as long detection time and complex equipment operation, making it difficult to conduct real-time online analysis. The content of aromatics and olefins in gasoline is an important indicator of the quality of gasoline products. In order to achieve rapid determination of the content of aromatics and olefins in gasoline,Raman spectroscopy was used to analyze and detect samples of 92#and 95#automotive gasoline, obtaining information on the vibration of hydrocarbon components in gasoline, and achieving rapid determination of the content of aromatics and olefins in automotive gasoline.A series of preprocessing processes were carried out on the Raman spectra of gasoline samples, including effective band extraction, baseline deduction, and peak fitting. Finally, the Raman characteristic peak information corresponding to aromatics and olefins in each gasoline sample spectrum was extracted.Gas chromatography was used to determine the content of aromatics and olefins in gasoline, and this was used as the reference value.Combined with chemometrics multiple regression analysis methods,a correlation model was established. The established correlation model was used to predict the content of aromatics and olefins in gasoline. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the predicted aromatics value and the reference value was 0.99,and the correlation coefficient between the predicted olefins value and the reference value was 0.99,indicating that the prediction accuracy and precision of the correlation model were good.
