In order to analyze and explore the influence mechanism and effect of graphene oxide/polyphosphoric acid composite modifier on the rheological properties of matrix asphalt, the storage stability of composite modified asphalt was analyzed by segregation experiment, the chemical composition of composite modified asphalt was tested by asphalt four-component experiment, and the rheological properties of composite modified asphalt were evaluated based on high temperature rheological experiment and low temperature rheological experiment. The results showed that the storage stability of the composite modified asphalt could meet the requirements of the specification;when the content of polyphosphoric acid in the composite modifier increased, the asphaltene content of the asphalt increased, the total amount of light components decreased, and the effect of graphene oxide on the chemical composition of the matrix asphalt was not significant.Graphene oxide and polyphosphoric acid modifier could significantly improve the high temperature rheological properties of asphalt.Graphene oxide at low content could improve the low temperature rheological properties of asphalt, while high content of graphene oxide had negative effect on the low temperature rheological properties of asphalt. The content of polyphosphoric acid had no significant effect on the rheological properties at low temperature.
