The efficient development of low-permeability reservoirs is one of the key challenges in improving oil field recovery. In this paper, the application effect of chemical oil displacement technology in low permeability reservoirs was explored through experimental methods, the impact of surfactants and polymer solutions on oil displacement efficiency was investigated.Experimental results showed that chemical flooding technology significantly improved the recovery factor of low-permeability reservoirs, when the surfactant mass fraction reached 1.0%,the oil-water interfacial tension dropped to 10.4 mN·m-1,and the oil displacement efficiency increased to 85.3%;when the polymer mass fraction was 0.3%,the relative displacement efficiency increased to 1.25 times;the chemical oil flooding could effectively improve the pore structure of rocks, increasing the porosity of core samples from 15% to 20% and the permeability from 49.5 mD to 75.8 mD;the use of alkaline chemicals and salt chemicals could further improve the recovery rate, especially when the mass fraction of alkaline chemicals reached 1.5% and the mass fraction of salt chemicals reached 0.3%,the recovery rate increased by 12.6% and 13.6% respectively. The research result confirms the potential of chemical flooding technology in improving the development efficiency of low-permeability reservoirs, and provides theoretical basis and technical support for practical application.
