高密度聚乙烯大中空容器专用料结构剖析

石油化工研究院自主研发的钛系PLE-01催化剂在抚顺石化35万t·a-1高密度聚乙烯生产装置上首次试产大中空容器聚乙烯专用料FHM8255A.对专用料进行了相关表征分析.结果表明:其具有灰分低、粒径大、抽提物含量少、长支链以及无末端双键等显著特点.
The titanium-based PLE-01 catalyst independently developed by Petrochemical Research Institute of PetroChina was used in the 350 kt·a-1 high-density polyethylene plant of Fushun Petrochemical Company,and polyethylene special material FHM8255A for large hollow container was produced for the first time.In this paper,the special material was characterized and analyzed.The results showed that it had the remarkable characteristics of low ash content,large particle size,less extract content,long branched chain and no terminal double bond.
