曝气芬顿法处理焦化废水络合氰化物研究

Study on Treatment of Complex Cyanide in Coking Wastewater by Aerated Fenton Process

对焦化废水生化尾水中的络合氰化物进行了分析表征,在此基础上,通过单因素实验研究以"芬顿+协同曝气+混凝沉淀"技术进行络合氰化物无害化处理,以清水池出水络合氰化物含量为考察指标.结果表明:该技术优化工艺控制指标为pH=3~3.5,硫酸亚铁与废水质量比0.005︰1,过氧化氢与废水质量比0.01︰1,曝气量为16~18 m3·m-3,处理后废水氰化物质量浓度小于0.02 mg·L-1,能够满足GB 16171—2012的相关要求.
Based on the analysis and characterization of complex cyanide in biochemical tail water of coking wastewater,the harmless treatment of complex cyanide by "Fenton+coordinated aeration+coagulation precipitation" technology was studied through single factor experiment,and the content of complex cyanide in the effluent of clear pool was taken as the index.The test results showed that the optimized process control index of this technology was as follows:The pH was 3~3.5,the mass ratio of ferrous sulfate to wastewater was 0.005︰1,the mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide to wastewater was 0.01︰1,the aeration rate was 16~18 m3·m-3,and the cyanide mass concentration of the treated wastewater was less than 0.02 mg·L-1,meeting the relevant requirements of GB 16171—2012.
