Megestrol acetate belongs to steroid compounds and is an important progestational drug.Using 6-methyleneprogesterone acetate as the raw material,under the action of Pd/C catalyst and additives,the formation of megestrol acetate through isomerization reaction of exocyclic double bonds on structure B was studied.The effects amount of catalyst,reaction time,reaction temperature,reaction rotation speed,amount of cycloidal and amount of sodium acetate on synthesis of megestrol acetate were investigated.At the same time,the influence of catalyst post-treatment with different salt solutions on the reaction effect was studied under the optimal synthesis reaction conditions.
