合成了一种新型环保型两性表面活性剂PASA,并系统评价其驱油性能.结果表明:PASA在油水界面上形成的吸附层能显著降低界面张力,当其质量浓度为0.01~1.00 mg∙L-1 时,油水界面张力从42.5 mN∙m-1 降低到29.2 mN∙m-1.在抗盐性方面,PASA表现出良好的稳定性,即使在NaCl质量分数为 5%的条件下,仍能保持较低的表面张力.润湿性实验显示,PASA 能有效地改变岩石表面的润湿性,使其由亲油转向亲水.在岩心驱替实验中,当PASA质量浓度为 10 mg∙L-1 时,提高采收率达到了 31.3%.现场应用结果表明:注入PASA表面活性剂溶液后,受影响的油井日产油量显著增加,平均每注入1 t PASA表面活性剂,可增加油田产量31.3 t.
Preparation and Oil Displacement Performance Evaluation of an Environmentally Friendly Amphoteric Surfactant
A new environmentally friendly amphoteric surfactant PASA was synthesized,and its oil displacement performance was systematically evaluated.Research results showed that the adsorption layer formed by PASA on the oil-water interface could significantly reduce the interfacial tension.Within the mass concentration range from 0.01 mg·L-1 to 1.00 mg·L-1,the oil-water interfacial tension ranged from 42.5 mN·m-1 to 29.2 mN·m-1.In terms of salt resistance,PASA showed good stability and could maintain a low surface tension even at a NaCl mass fraction of 5%.Wettability experiments showed that PASA could effectively change the wettability of the rock surface,turning it from oil-wet to water-wet.In the core flooding experiment,when the PASA mass concentration was 10 mg·L-1,the enhanced oil recovery reached 31.3%.Field application results showed that after injecting PASA surfactant solution,the daily oil production of the affected oil wells increased significantly.On average,the injection of 1 t PASA surfactant could increase the oilfield production by 31.3 t.
