摘要
碳捕获和储存技术(CCS)作为一种关键的CO2减排措施,对其研究具有重大的意义.目前,影响我国CCS广泛实行的重大挑战之一便是管道输送.以西南某油田的待处理CO2 为研究对象,对其管道输送方式进行了研究.结合气源的相特性、环境条件、气体输送量,使用HYSYS对气相输送管道进行模拟,对管道入口温度、入口压力、环境温度、高程差的影响进行分析,并对某些工况提出建议.结果表明:增大入口压力,冬天输送的输送成本更低,而入口温度、高程对成本的影响不大.
Abstract
As a key CO2 emission reduction measure,research on carbon capture and storage technology(CCS)is of great significance.At present,one of the major challenges affecting the widespread implementation of CCS in China is pipeline transportation.In this article,taking the untreated CO2 from an oil field in southwestern China as the research object,its pipeline transportation method was studied.Based on the phase characteristics,environmental conditions,and gas transportation volume of the gas source,HYSYS was used to simulate the gas phase transportation pipeline.The impact of pipeline inlet temperature,inlet pressure,environmental temperature,and elevation difference was further analyzed,and suggestions were made for certain operating conditions.The results showed that increasing the inlet pressure in winter had lower transportation costs,while inlet temperature and elevation had little impact on costs.
