Effect of Nano-Viscosity Reducers on Wax-Forming Behavior of Waxy Hot Oil Pipelines

原油加剂输送技术在管道运输中应用广泛,药剂对原油管道蜡沉积的影响机理十分复杂.采用自制冷指装置研究了不同实验工况下添加纳米降黏剂对含蜡原油蜡沉积特性的影响.利用 DHR 流变仪、差式扫描量热仪等装置分析了纳米降黏剂添加量对含蜡原油流变特性、沉积特性等的影响.结果表明:在含蜡原油中添加纳米降黏剂可以有效降低含蜡原油表观黏度、胶凝温度以及凝点,增强含蜡原油的流动性.纳米降黏剂的加入能够抑制含蜡原油蜡沉积物的生成,降低蜡沉积速率,但同时会导致蜡沉积物质地变硬.另外,随着纳米降黏剂添加量的增加,蜡沉积物析蜡点升高,含蜡量增大.
The additive transport technology of crude oil is widely used in pipeline transportation,and the mechanism of the effect of additives on wax deposition in crude oil pipeline is very complicated.The effects of nano-viscosity reducers on wax deposition characteristics of waxy crude oil under different experimental conditions were studied by using a self-cooling finger device.DHR rheometer and differential scanning calorimeter were used to analyze the effects of nano-viscosity reducers on the rheological and depositional properties of waxy crude oil.The results showed that adding nano-viscosity reducers to waxy crude oil could effectively reduce the apparent viscosity,gel temperature and freezing point of waxy crude oil,and enhance the fluidity of waxy crude oil.The addition of nano-viscosity reducers could inhibit the formation of waxy crude oil deposits and reduce the rate of wax deposition,but cause the texture of wax deposits to harden.In addition,with the increase of nano-viscosity reducers,the wax extraction point of wax deposits increased and the wax content increased.
