The Influence of Nanocomposite Polymers on the Anti-Corrosion Performance of Cement slurry
With the exploration and development of a large number of deep and ultra deep wells, gas well cementing problems such as high temperature, high pressure, and acidic gas corrosion have become technical bottlenecks in gas field exploration and development. The corrosion of CO2 and H2S acidic gases have an impact on the microstructure, porosity, flexural strength, and compressive strength of cement stone. In response to the above issues,a nanocomposite anti-corrosion agent SPJ-2 was developed indoors, and the impact of the nanocomposite anti-corrosion agent SPJ-2 on the performance of cement slurry were investigated. The research showed that the cement slurry composed of this anti-corrosion agent had good rheological properties, adjustable thickening time, compressive strength greater than 25 MPa,and thickening conversion time less than 20 min, indicating that the cement slurry had good gas channeling resistance. The addition of 3%anti-corrosion agent SPJ-2 had much better anti-corrosion effect than the absence of anti-corrosion agent, with a decrease in permeability and strength attenuation, and a corrosion depth of less than 0.4 mm within 30 d,meeting the high temperature 200℃cementing operation conditions of oil and gas fields in South China Sea,providing technical support for the later on-site operation of the oil and gas field.
