放射性废螺栓清洗剂处理技术

在核设施运行及维护期间会产生放射性废螺栓清洗剂,其放射性水平较低但不满足解控要求,目前多处于暂存状态.目前国内外针对放射性废螺栓清洗剂仍没有切实可行的处理手段,对我国核电的安全可持续发展造成一定阻碍.针对放射性废螺栓清洗剂开展过滤、蒸馏、萃取、离子交换等多种处理实验,以寻求一种高效、简便的处理手段,通过对比发现,采用离子交换树脂对放射性废螺栓清洗剂进行处理具有较好的可行性.
Treatment Technology of Radioactive Waste Bolt Cleaning Agent
During the operation and maintenance of nuclear facilities,radioactive waste bolt cleaning agent will be produced,and its radioactivity level is low,but it does not meet the requirements of release control,so it is mostly in temporary storage at present.At present,there is still no feasible treatment method for radioactive waste bolt cleaning agent at home and abroad,which hinders the safe and sustainable development of nuclear power in China.In this study,filtration,distillation,extraction,ion exchange and other treatment tests were carried out for the radioactive waste bolt cleaning agent,in order to seek an efficient and simple treatment method.Through comparison,it is found that it is feasible to use ion exchange resin to treat radioactive waste bolt cleaning agent.
