摘要

采用自主研发的具有羰基结构的酞菁钴催化剂研究了吲哚啉的绿色脱氢芳构化反应,通过紫外光谱、红外光谱以及X射线电子能谱详尽地表征了催化剂.考察了不同溶剂、氧化剂、反应温度、反应时间以及催化剂质量分数对反应影响.结果表明:在二甲苯为反应溶剂、氧气为氧化剂、反应温度与时间分别为 80℃以及18 h的反应条件下,该型催化剂表现出良好的催化效果,并提出催化反应的可能机理,为新型脱氢催化剂的开发提供了思路.

Abstract

The green dehydroaromatization reaction of indoline was studied by using a self-developed phthalocyanine cobalt catalyst with carbonyl structure,and the catalyst was characterized in detail by ultraviolet spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy and X-ray electron spectroscopy.The effects of different solvents,oxidants,reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosage on the reaction were investigated.The results showed that the catalyst showed good catalytic effect under the reaction conditions of xylene as the reaction solvent,oxygen as oxidant,reaction temperature and time of 80℃and 18 h,respectively,and the possible mechanism of catalytic reaction was proposed,which provided ideas for the development of new dehydrogenation catalysts.
