Efficient Catalytic Activity of Cobalt Phthalocyanine Catalyst with Carbonyl Structure for Green Dehydrogenation and Aromatization of Indoline
The green dehydroaromatization reaction of indoline was studied by using a self-developed phthalocyanine cobalt catalyst with carbonyl structure, and the catalyst was characterized in detail by ultraviolet spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray electron spectroscopy. The effects of different solvents, oxidants, reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst dosage on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the catalyst showed good catalytic effect under the reaction conditions of xylene as the reaction solvent, oxygen as oxidant, reaction temperature and time of 80℃and 18 h,respectively, and the possible mechanism of catalytic reaction was proposed, which provided ideas for the development of new dehydrogenation catalysts.
