利用Top-Down法评定柴油能力验证中硫含量的测量不确定度

以能力验证计划的公议值作为"基准",采用自上而下的不确定度评定方法(TOP-DOWN法),计算实验室紫外荧光法测量硫含量结果的偏倚,通过几组偏倚可以得到偏倚的平均值及标准偏差,由此计算的不确定度属于测量结果不确定度的一个分量.通过大量质量控制样品数据,计算不确定度的另一个分量(质量控制样品的期间精密度),共同合并形成了测量结果的不确定度.Top-Down 法评定测量不确定度的过程更简单且易于操作,更能反映出实验室检测的长期精密度和准确度水平,可以合成为测量不确定度.
Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty of Sulfur Content in Diesel Fuel During Capability Verification Using Top-Down Method
With the public value of the ability verification plan as the"benchmark",the top-down uncertainty assessment method(Top-Down method)was used to calculate the bias of the results of sulfur content measured by laboratory ultraviolet fluorescence,the average and standard deviations were obtained by several groups of bias,the calculated uncertainty belonged to a component of the uncertainty of the measurement results.Through a large amount of quality control sample data,the other component(the period precision of the quality control sample)of the uncertainty was calculated,which combined together to form the uncertainty of the measurement result.The Top-Down method is simpler and easier to operate,and can better reflect the long-term precision and accuracy level of laboratory tests,which can be synthesized as measurement uncertainty.
