Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty of Sulfur Content in Diesel Fuel During Capability Verification Using Top-Down Method
With the public value of the ability verification plan as the"benchmark",the top-down uncertainty assessment method(Top-Down method)was used to calculate the bias of the results of sulfur content measured by laboratory ultraviolet fluorescence, the average and standard deviations were obtained by several groups of bias, the calculated uncertainty belonged to a component of the uncertainty of the measurement results.Through a large amount of quality control sample data, the other component(the period precision of the quality control sample)of the uncertainty was calculated, which combined together to form the uncertainty of the measurement result. The Top-Down method is simpler and easier to operate, and can better reflect the long-term precision and accuracy level of laboratory tests, which can be synthesized as measurement uncertainty.
