水泥与乳化沥青的交互作用研究进展

水泥-乳化沥青(CEA)复合材料是由水泥基材料与乳化沥青组成的半柔性道路建筑材料,由于兼具水泥与乳化沥青的材料特性,已广泛应用于高速铁路的板式无砟轨道垫层及冷再生路面工程中.在 CEA 中水泥与乳化沥青包含着复杂的交互作用关系,这种交互作用对 CEA 浆体及其混合料的基本性能产生影响.探明水泥与乳化沥青的交互作用有助于调控其性能,并为其在工程应用中的选择提供依据.综述了国内外关于水泥与乳化沥青交互作用机理方面的研究,其中包括乳化沥青破乳对水泥水化的缓凝机理与水泥水化对乳化沥青破乳的影响,总结了水泥与乳化沥青的交互作用与其混合料性能的关系,旨在为 CEA 复合材料在不同实体工程中的应用提供参考.
Research Progress in Interaction between Cement and Emulsified Asphalt
Cement emulsified asphalt(CEA)composite material is a semi flexible road construction material composed of cement-based materials and emulsified asphalt.Due to the material characteristics of both cement and emulsified asphalt,it has been widely used in the slab ballastless track cushion and cold recycled pavement engineering of high-speed railways.In CEA,there is a complex interaction relationship between cement and emulsified asphalt,which affects the basic performance of CEA slurry and its mixture.Exploring the interaction between cement and emulsified asphalt can help regulate its performance and provide a basis for its selection in engineering applications.In this article,the research on the interaction mechanism between cement and emulsified asphalt both domestically and internationally was reviewed,including the retarding mechanism of emulsified asphalt demulsification on cement hydration and the impact of cement hydration on emulsified asphalt demulsification.The relationship between the interaction between cement and emulsified asphalt and the performance of their mixture was summarized,aiming to provide reference for the application of CEA composite materials in different physical engineering.
