Comparative Analysis of Different Digestion Methods of Mercury in Soil
Water bath digestion and microwave digestion are commonly digestion method for measuring the mass fraction of mercury element in soil.Firstly,a comparison was made between the two digestion methods;then, the standard substance GSS-2 for soil composition analysis was taken as the research object, and the calibration curve establishment, blank determination, precision and accuracy calculation results were analyzed;finally, the Grubbs test method was used to determine whether there were outliers in the results, and the independent sample T-test of SPSS was used to analyze the differences between the two groups of data. The results showed that there was no significant difference between water bath digestion and microwave digestion in determining the mass fraction of mercury in soil.
