为了找出CO2 存在条件下油田集输管道在油水环境中的腐蚀规律,并针对性地提出腐蚀防护措施,使用高温高压动态腐蚀实验装置,开展了油田集输管道钢材在含CO2 油水环境中的腐蚀规律研究,并提出了针对性的腐蚀防护措施.实验结果表明:CO2 的存在对目标油田集输管道钢材的腐蚀影响较大,随着 CO2 的分压或实验温度升高,集输管线钢材的腐蚀速率先增大后减小;腐蚀介质的含水率和溶解氧含量越高、实验流速越大,集输管线钢材的腐蚀速率相对就越大.缓蚀剂 HS-2 的加入能够显著降低集输管线钢材在含 CO2 油水环境中的腐蚀速率,当HS-2的质量浓度为300 mg·L-1 时,挂片的腐蚀速率为0.071 mm·a-1,腐蚀防护效果较好.
Corrosion Law and Protective Measures of Oilfield Gathering and Transportation Pipelines in CO2 Containing Oil-Water Environments
In order to identify the corrosion patterns of pipelines in oil-water environments under the presence of CO2,and to propose targeted corrosion protection measures,a high-temperature and high-pressure dynamic corrosion experimental device was used to study the corrosion patterns of pipeline steel in CO2 containing oil-water environments,and targeted corrosion protection measures were proposed.The experimental results showed that the presence of CO2 had a significant impact on the corrosion of pipeline steel.The higher the partial pressure of CO2 and the higher the experimental temperature,the corrosion rate of pipeline steel first increased and then decreased;the higher the moisture content and dissolved oxygen content of the corrosive medium,the greater the experimental flow rate,the relatively higher the corrosion rate of the pipeline steel.The addition of corrosion inhibitor HS-2 could significantly reduce the corrosion rate of pipeline steel in CO2 containing oil-water environments.When the mass concentration of HS-2 was 300 mg·L-1,the corrosion rate of the hanging plate was 0.071 mm·a-1,and the corrosion protection effect was good.
