盆底肌肉锻炼对预防中低位直肠癌保肛术后患者暂时性大便失禁的效果研究

摘要
目的：探讨盆底肌肉锻炼对预防中低位直肠癌保肛术后患者暂时性大便失禁的效果。方法选择80例中低位直肠癌保肛术后患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各40例,2组按直肠癌术后护理常规进行护理,实验组在此基础上实施盆底肌肉锻练,采用Wexner评分评价患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月的肛门排便功能。结果实验组与对照组相比,术后1个月比较无统计学差异( P>0.05),术后3个月、6个月比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论早期持续的盆底肌肉锻炼,到一定时间内能改善中低位直肠癌保肛术后患者的肛门排便功能,提高患者的控便能力,较好地预防或减少术后暂时性大便失禁的发生。
Abstract
Objective To study the use of pelvic floor muscle exercise in the prevention of temporary incontinence in low rectal cancer anal postoperative patients. Methods 80 cases of low rectal anal postoperative patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. All the two groups were given colorectal cancer postoperative care routine. In addition,the pelvic floor muscle exercise was given to the experimental group. The Wexner grading evaluation score was used to evaluate the anus bowel function of these two groups in the postoperative 1 month,3 months and 6 months. Assessment projects include:defecate number increase,endless defecate and fecal incontinence. Results one month after the operation,the score of experimental group is lower than that of control group,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0. 05);The scores of experimental group 3 months,6 months after the operation were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05),And the anus bowel function of the experimental group almost recovered to preoperative levels. Con-clusion Continuous pelvic floor muscle exercise during early stage can improve the postoperative anus bowel function of the patients with low rectal cancer confirmed anal. It can also prevent or reduce the occurrence of postoperative temporary fecal incontinence.
