摘要

讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音,构建与国际地位相匹配的话语权是新时代的国家战略.以学生为主体是人的全面发展需求,可以更好地激发其主观能动性,培养社会主义建设者和接班人.大学英语课程要拓展其工具性和人文性功能,教授学生讲好中国故事的"道"和"术",注重中华文化的输出与推广.社会主义核心价值观是学生主体价值塑造的"道",稳住中国立场之"根","敢"讲中国故事;把握中国文化之"脉","能"讲中国故事;广撷中外文化之"花","会"讲中国故事.

Abstract

It has become the national strategy to tell Chinese stories well and spread the voice of China,building up the system of discourse equivalent to the international standing in the new era.Students subjectivity meets the overall development of human beings and stimulates the subjective initiatives so as to cultivate socialist builders and successors.College English needs to extend its functions of instrumentality and humanity by educating students the principles and techniques and focusing on the output and publicity of Chinese culture.The cardinal principle to adhere to is the core Socialist values.To tell Chinese stories well,one should anchor the standpoint of China,hold the characteristics of Chinese culture and familiarize the exotic cultural achievements.
