"一带一路"背景下涉俄法律人才培养机制研究

摘要
加强涉外法律人才培养,是落实"坚持统筹推进国内法治和涉外法治"的重要体现,也是促进"一带一路"建设顺利进行的重要保障.涉俄法律人才培养是涉外法律人才培养的重要组成部分,在国家持续推进"一带一路"与深入推进新时代中俄全面战略伙伴关系的新背景下,培养通晓法律外语、涉外法律知识、掌握涉外技能的法律人才,是确保我国"一带一路"顺利实施的重要保障.为了解决我国涉俄法律人才培养存在的不足和困境,应积极拓展涉俄法律人才培养领域的覆盖面,逐步增加人才培养数量,健全涉俄法律人才分类培养目标体系,更新培养理念,优化涉俄法律人才培养课程体系设置,突出实务特色,健全俄罗斯法师资及教材,创新教学方法,为我国储备涉俄法律人才,更好地服务于"一带一路"建设.
Abstract
Strengthening the training of foreign-related legal talents is an important embodiment of the implementation of"adhering to the overall promotion of domestic and foreign-related rule of law",and also an important guarantee to promote the smooth progress of"the Belt and Road"construction.The training of Russian legal talents is an important part of the training of foreign-related legal talents.In the new context of China's continuous promotion of"the Belt and Road"and the in-depth promotion of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Russia in the new era,the training of legal talents who are proficient in foreign languages,foreign-related legal knowledge,and foreign-related skills is an important guarantee to ensure the smooth implementation.In order to solve the shortcomings and difficulties in the cultivation of legal talents related to Russia in China,we should actively expand the coverage of the field of legal talent cultivation related to Russia,gradually increase the number of talent cultivation,improve the classification and training target system of legal talents related to Russia,update training concepts,optimize the curriculum system of legal talent cultivation related to Russia,highlight practical characteristics,improve Russian legal teacher qualifications and textbooks,innovate teaching methods,and reserve legal talents related to Russia for China,to better serve the"the Belt and Road"construction.
