摘要

学校教学质量必须藉由科学的质量管理体系支撑,通过相关部门的科学分工和配合来完成,这是教学质量管理的顶层设计.当前,新课程、新教材、新高考的实施,给学校的质量管理提出了新的挑战.为了应对这一挑战,文章探讨了学校组织结构的重新设计和调整,提出了建设性的建议.

Abstract

The quality of school teaching must be supported by a scientific quality management system,and completed through the scientific division of labor and cooperation of relevant departments.which is the top design of teaching quality management.Currently,the implementation of new curriculum,new textbooks,and new college entrance examination poses new challenges to the quality management of schools.To meet this challenge,the paper explores the redesign and adjustment of the school's organizational structure,and puts forward constructive suggestions.
