摘要

高校思政课教师职业认同感、荣誉感、责任感能够在一定程度上影响思政课的教学质量,这就需要高校加强对教师的培训和管理.思政课教师应践行"三牛"精神,充分挖掘"三牛"精神的内涵和特点并在教学工作中渗透,提高课堂教学成效,切实担当时代发展的重任.

Abstract

The professional identity,sense of honor,and sense of responsibility possessed by teachers of ideological and political courses in universities can to some extent affect the teaching quality of ideological and political courses,which requires colleges and universities to strengthen the training and management of teachers.Teachers of ideological and political courses should practice the"three-ox"spirit,fully explore the connotation and characteristics of the"three-ox"spirit,and penetrate it into teaching work,improve classroom teaching effectiveness,and effectively shoulder the important responsibility of the development of the times.
