摘要

"慢就业"现象给高校就业育人工作带来了新的挑战.基于此,文章研究了"慢就业"毕业生的群体特征,对其"慢就业"成因进行了分析,在此基础上构建"赋能式"生涯教育模式,探究破解"慢就业"现象的方法和路径,以期进一步提升高校毕业生的就业质量.

Abstract

The phenomenon of"delayed employment"has brought new challenges to the employment and education work in colleges and universities.In view of this,the paper studies the group characteristics of"employment-delayed"graduates,analyzes the causes for their"delayed employment".On this basis,it constructs an"empowered"career education mode and explores the methods and paths to crack the phenomenon of"delayed employment"in order to further improve the employment quality of college graduates.
