Educational equity is an important part of social equity,and improving educational equity is the focus of efforts to achieve social equity. Educational justice has gradually shifted its focus from the "balance" equity of the general group to the "differentiation" of students' personality characteristics. With its uniqueness,diversity and selectivity,the school-based curriculum truly takes students as the main body of learning and selects the course content according to students' interests,which is of great significance for promoting the development of educational equity towards "difference". This paper studies the future trend of improving the quality of educational equity from balance to difference,expounds how school-based curriculum promotes the realization of "differentiated" equity,and proposes multiple measures to build school-based curriculum.
