In recent years,research on The Production-Oriented Approach(POA) and Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) has paid little attention to the core element of "task". The main similarity between POA and TBLT in terms of "task" is that both have communicative significance,clear communicative purpose,and are challenging. The main differences are reflected in the different language resources provided by learners,the teaching content and teaching order carried out by teachers.
