Thesis writing in the course of International Law is of great significance to enhancing students' ability to collect and process course information,summarize and narrate information,and improve their ability of thinking innovation and knowledge application. There are some problems in students' thesis writing for the course of "International Economic Organization Law",such as improper topic selection,poor elucidation,violation of norms and insufficient time coordination. This paper puts forward some suggestions to stimulating students' interest in the thesis writing of International Law and cultivating their comprehensive ability in the thesis writing of International Law.
